Barz bonus offers are governed by these Bonus Terms. They augment Barz terms and conditions and govern all bonus activity. By accepting any Barz bonus, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms in addition to the standard site rules.
To be eligible for a Barz bonus, you must be a current Barz customer who has completed required identity verification and be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling and bonus offers are legally permitted at the time you wager. You must meet the minimum age threshold defined by Barz for participation. Bonuses are offered to eligible players at Barz's sole discretion and may be claimed only by the qualifying account. A bonus may be limited to one offer per person, per household, per email address, per payment method, per device and/or per IP address, as Barz may determine. Barz may require you to activate or opt in to a bonus via the designated in‑site flow before wagering begins.
Only one active bonus is permitted for a single Barz account at any moment. If a new bonus is issued while another bonus is active, you may not be able to claim or receive the new offer until the existing bonus is resolved or canceled by Barz.
Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement is 30 times the bonus amount granted. Wagering contributions are applied to the bonus and any winnings generated therefrom until the requirement is met. The clock starts when the bonus is credited to your account, and the bonus must be wagered within 30 days of being issued. If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings may be removed.
The first qualifying bet after the bonus is credited must incorporate the full bonus amount or the amount specified in the individual offer. The complete value of the bonus must be staked in a single bet (single, system or multibet). If the bonus amount is not staked in a single bet, Barz may deduct the remaining bonus funds and any winnings derived from wagering it, regardless of the bet outcome.
No deposit bonuses carry specific terms. The maximum withdrawal of winnings derived from a No Deposit Bonus is capped at 50 EUR. To withdraw these winnings, you must make a cash deposit of at least 20 EUR and wager that deposited amount at least twice. The No Deposit Bonus and any associated winnings must be used within 30 days; failure to do so may result in forfeiture. No deposit bonuses cannot be transferred or sold to other accounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions that Barz designates as incompatible.
Barz may reclaim the bonus amount and/or the corresponding winnings if a user breaches these Bonus Terms or the Barz Terms and Conditions. Any attempt to exploit bonus mechanics through prohibited strategies that guarantee profit or manipulate outcome is considered a breach. Barz may apply administrative charges or suspend accounts if such breaches are detected.
Barz reserves the right to require identity verification prior to awarding any bonus. You may be asked to provide documents reasonably proving identity, age, and address. Failure to provide requested verification may delay bonus issuance, restrict withdrawal of winnings, or result in denial of the bonus.
Barz prohibits bonus abuse and fraudulent activity. Examples include multiple accounts to claim bonuses, use of proxies or VPNs to circumvent restrictions, or wagering patterns that indicate manipulation of offers. If Barz suspects any abusive activity, it may cancel offers, deny withdrawals, or confiscate bonus funds and related winnings, in addition to applying other remedies under applicable law and these Terms.
Barz reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, or cancel any bonus or offer, and to alter wagering requirements or eligibility criteria at any time. Any changes apply to offers issued after the change and may apply to existing bonuses where stated. Barz will endeavor to provide notice when feasible, but failure to notify does not invalidate a change.
Barz promotes responsible gaming. Players may set self‑imposed limits and use tools designed to manage play. All bonus activity is subject to applicable regulatory and licensing requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that participation in bonuses complies with local law and Barz policy for your jurisdiction.
These Bonus Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Barz and the Barz Terms and Conditions. Any disputes arising from bonus offers will be resolved pursuant to Barz standard dispute resolution procedures and, where applicable, the jurisdiction specified in Barz Terms and Conditions.
These Bonus Terms supplement the Barz Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Bonus Terms and the general terms, the bonus terms govern the bonus‑specific matters to the extent of the conflict.
